- Recommend for solutions, best practices, and compliance to employment rules and regulations options
- Take care of employment contracts, personnel filing, staffs’ employment documents and their personal data update
- Manage tracking records of staffs’ annual leaves, benefits, severance pay record and other compensations
- Manage staffs’ work related accident insurance under the National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
- Responsible for monthly OT calculation, final clearance payment, severance pay, and other legal requirements
